Waldorf Astoria — Ko Olina
Tower Development and Waldorf Astoria / Hilton set out to develop a destination resort and luxury residences on the 54/55 Site at Ko’Olina. A simple sweeping arc shapes the hotel tower — maximizing ocean views and floor-plate efficiency as it rises over a luxury retail podium. The elevated entry plaza, with its complex of pools and secret gardens, offers adventure, intimacy, and a noble scale, while terraced ultra-luxury residences step back from the waterfront with planted lanais and world-class ocean views from every room.
